Allow up to ten business days (Monday -Friday) for Hit Highlights to complete your project--starting from the day that we actually physically receive the raw footage. Some projects may take longer due to complexity. We will notify you in advance of accepting your payment if your project will take longer.

DVDs, VCDs, CDs, tapes and cassettes should be tightly packaged so that they do not bounce or slide around inside their container. Bubble wrap lined envelopes and small bubble wrapped filled (or wadded newspaper lined) boxes are both acceptable.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Hit Highlights will not be held liable for damages to your film during shipping. In addition, in the unlikely event that your film is damaged during processing, we will only be held liable for the fair market value of replacing the tape or disc.

Yes. Hit Highlights will not begin work on any project until the project is fully paid for in advance. Video edting is a highly time consuming endeavor, therefore, we require that payment be made in advance.

Hit Highlights is a verified Pay Pal Merchant. All online (Internet) transactions are handled by Pay Pal through their secure portal. Pay Pal accepts all major credit cards and bank debit cards.

In addition, Hit Highlights will accept (a) money orders but project may be delayed until funds are verified. (b) Cash from local customers--not through the mail.

Hit Highlights will not accept checks.

Hit Highlights encourages clients to give us as much direction as they choose--down to telling us the exact clips they want used in their highlights. You have many options form the color of your disc and jewel labels to he type of music you want or what you want your subtitles to say.

Highlights videos will be from a minimum of three minutes (ten plays) and a maximum of ten minutes long (about 30-40 plays).

We strongly suggest that if you want your highlight film to have the ultimate impact--let our experts determine the number of specific clips to use in your project.

We do not just put clips together and say thank you!

We evaluate your film footage and pick out clips based on the position (QB, LB, OL etc...) attributes recruiters like to see, and then we sequence them to make a statement.

Yes. You can provide us with a recoding of the track you would like us to use. Or you can tell us the name of the artist and the title of the track so that we can locate it.

We strongly suggest not using music with offensive language or lyrics. in fact it is our recommendation that any music you provide contains no lyrics or very little. You want the action on the film to be the center of attention and not have the lyrics of the music or sound track distract your audience--especially if they may find the lyrics to be offensive.

Remember we have extensive music library with beats that will drive your project in the right direction.

We will only attempt to do basic video corrections on your project. some shake and blur can be easily corrected. However, some corrections are simply too costly for us to atempt on a highlight film packages--we would have to charge you a great deal more for the project.

We encourage you to send the best footage from the most original source.

Yes. we can produce your project in 16:9 wide screen apect ratio at no extra charge. But High definition conversion is $25.00 extra.

We recommend highlight video to be made using he standard 4:3 aspect ratio, since it is still--by far--the most commonly used ratio.

Hit Highlights' default aspect ratio production standard is 4:3; you must request 16:9.

Yes. We will maintain a copy of your project on file for one year of the calendar date of your order. if you want us to maintain the copy longer just notify us via email or by phone.

Because we maintain a copy you can easily have us update your highlight film or re-edit it.
