Send Your Video via FTP
FTP stands for File Transfer Protocol. It allows users to send large files over the Internet. Video files are quite large, especially when you are talking about a 30 to 45 minute game film.
This method of sending your film is a bit more complicated to use than by sending it via e-mail. In addition, It requires that you have a high speed broadband Internet connection and FTP client software. If you have access to high speed Internet service, you can download free FTP client software @. http://filezilla-project.org .
If you choose to send your video via FTP, we will send our FTP address and further instructions on how to proceed upon confirmation of your order and your selection of this service.
IMPORTANT: Format Requirements
We require that if you send Hit Highlights your video via e-mail or FTP, you must send the video in one of the following formats: MPEG1, MPEG2, MPEG4, WMV, DIVX or AVI. Any of these formats will allow us to produce the best quality picture for your project.
Note: All projects will be produced at our standard 4:3 screen aspet ratio. Wide screen 16:9 aspect ratio is available upon request. However, it will not be High Definition (HD) unless both of the following conditions are met (1) The film you provide to us is shot (filmed) in HD and (2) you purchase the HD reproduction package. |
